They visited Kampala, Uganda; Kinshasa, Kisangani, Beni, and Goma in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC); Kigali, Rwanda. The planned mission to Bujumbura, Burundi could not take place.

The Forum is part of a series of upstream activities leading to the Great Lakes Private Sector Investment Conference (PSIC) scheduled to take place in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, on 24-25 February 2016.
