Addis Ababa, 27 January 2016 – For the fourth year in a row, the UN Secretary-General’s Special Envoy for the Great Lakes Region met with civil society actors during a consultative dialogue organized by OXFAM International on the margins of the AU Summit. The yearly meetings focus on how the UN Special Envoy and civil society in the Great Lakes Region can support each other to ensure the full implementation of the Peace, Security and Cooperation Framework for the DRC and the region.
