Communiqué of the Fourth High-level Meeting of the Regional Oversight Mechanism of the Peace, Security and Cooperation Framework for the Democratic Republicof the Congo and the region, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York

We, the signatories of the Peace, Security and Cooperation (PSC) Framework for the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the region, held the fourth meeting of the Regional Oversight Mechanism (ROM) on 22 September 2014 in New York, on the margins of the 69th General Assembly of the United Nations (UN). The meeting was convened jointly by the UN Secretary-General, H.E. Mr. Ban Ki-moon and the Chairperson of the African Union Commission (AU), H.E. Dr. NkosazanaDlamini-Zuma.

The Heads of State and Government and Representatives of the following signatory countries participated in the meeting:
